Policies

Ordering:​

  • If you see any services or merchandise on my website that you would like to inquire about or purchase, you can contact me through my website, message me on Facebook, send me an email, or phone/text during my regular business hours. 

  • Throughout the year I attend local trade shows and markets to sell merchandise and take bookings for services and workshops. I will post the dates and times of these events on Facebook and my website. 

  • Product availability and pricing of any services or products may be subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact me for more information on my current product and pricing. 


Payment:

  • I am not able to accept payments through my website. Please contact me to complete your order. You can contact me through my website, message me on Facebook, send me an email, or phone/text during my regular business hours. 

  • Payments must be received before the service is performed or before the merchandise will be delivered to the customer.

  • Acceptable payment methods are:
            Cash/Cheque - in-person
            Interac E-Transfer - online payments

  • All services I offer are subject to 5% GST, and products are subject to 5% GST and 5% PST (where applicable).

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Once you contact me with your order, I will calculate shipping and handling and then give you the total.

  • My preferred method of shipping is by Canada Post. Please contact me if you require an alternate form of delivery.

  • For local customers, I prefer to deliver everything in person or arrange for pick-up at my location. Order pick-up is during regular business hours only. 

  • I will ship orders to out-of-town customers, or send gift boxes to a special someone upon request. 


 Returns & Exchange:

  • I aim to find good quality products for a reasonable price. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please let me know within 7 days of purchase. Then, return the unused portion of the product and fill out a quick email questionnaire for a refund (a RMA number is required before any returns by shipment will be accepted). Some restrictions apply, please contact me for more information. 

  • Returns on defective merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. If you have a problem with your item, please message me for assistance. Refunds are of exact product replacement (or equal value in gift certificates if the item is not available).  Some restrictions apply, please contact me for more information.
